Launched in 2018, the Group Advanced Leadership Program is designed to prepare tomorrow's leaders in all of the Group's countries, based not on their position in the company but on their potential. This program takes place on a 9-month cycle with a blended learning system that combines classroom-based courses and e-learning. The approach is completed by external coaching and personal development sessions as well as by business cases focusing on the company's transformation. In 2018, 25 people followed this program, which will continue at the same pace in the coming years.
Many programs of this kind are also being developed on the subsidiary level. In the United States, the GAIN program (Grow Achieve Inquire Network) aims to develop leadership and foster employees' personal development in three fields of expertise: communication, business management, and sales.
