Order tracking and delivery follow-up are now considered to be basic services by the Group's online customers. The Track & Trace solution has become a priority for Rexel's logistics services. This service that was already available in several European countries (Austria, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain) is progressively rolled out across the rest of Europe.
Customer notifications include:
> Order confirmation;
> Delivery deadline, including products not in stock;
> Order preparation;
> Parcel shipment;
> Delivery date; and
> Proof of delivery (signature, photo).
