A turning point in our development

Rexel laid the foundation for its digital transformation several years ago, with the implementation of its new platform and the launch of e-commerce websites in all of its countries. 2018 was marked by the enhancement of the websites with new features and an overall improvement in customer experience. These features are designed and integrated into the platform, country by country, according to each country's marketing directions, goals, and market specificities. A significant part of the technical development is carried out by the Group on a common platform, while contents, product mix, digital marketing, and adoption are implemented locally as close as possible to the needs of the country's customers.
